Hey! I'm Lilly Keith, a senior at Central this year. This is my second year of being on the staff.
I've always found comfort and safety in writing, ever since I was in elementary school. I believe it's important to report on things that matter to my peers and myself. If we don't speak up for what's important, nothing will ever change. I'm passionate about sticking up for what's right and what I believe in.
I'm a massive fan of television, movies, music, reading, and video games. I would love to write more about these topics this school year. I love shows like Breaking Bad, American Horror Story, and The Carrie Diaries. Some of my favorite movies are Tangled, Elvis, and Goodfellas.
Music also plays a big part in my life. Some of my favorite artists are Phoebe Bridgers, Harry Styles, and Elvis Presley. I like a little bit of everything in the music world. Talking about events in the music world is one of my favorite topics to write about.
Reading is also a favorite past-time of mine. I love anything fiction-related, especially thrillers and suspenseful novels. Sci-fi is also one of my favorite genres, as well as dystopian novels, and horror novels. Some of my favorite books include Sadie, Girl In Pieces, Into the Drowning Deep, and Outlawed.
Some of my favorite games to play are Red Dead Redemption, Grand Theft Auto, Minecraft, and the Uncharted series.
After I leave high school I plan on going to college and studying law. I love everything about law and want to learn more about every aspect of it. One of my goals in life is to help people the best I can. By going into law and helping people get justice, I can fulfill my wish of wanting to make a change in the community and in people's lives.
