Can’t imagine what it’s been like to be me
Can’t even think about it cus you don’t even see
All the pain I’ve been through
Even worse that I’ve caused
No idea the things I’ve done
Walk a mile in my shoes
Live through my memories
See how you like it when you have no idea whose
Pain you’re gonna be a part of tomorrow
Living in fear of having to choose
Between the ones I love and the nature of my DNA
Make all of my mistakes
All of the things I can’t erase
All of the things that make me doubt
The things life makes me think about
Am I right or inside-out?
Next time you think about calling me
The one thing you think will get to me
Maybe stop and think to see
Deep down how much it means to me

This poem describes a lot of high schoolers and how they feel. This is also like middle schoolers in the long run. This is almost what I feel like. It is really hard to feel like you fit in anywhere.

Thank you for choosing to send this in to publish !!
The words go so deep, and it is beautiful to get a glimpse of life through your eyes in this way. I can’t believe how profound this is, and I suggest continuing your writing journey as it could turn into something great.
Thank you for putting yourself out there and submitting this piece of art !!
