CHHS to Host Transition Fair on Oct. 21

This coming Thursday, October 21, CHHS is hosting a Transition Readiness Fair from 5:00-7:00 pm in the Central Hardin Commons.

“The purpose of the event is to connect Central Hardin students to community agencies and groups that they may encounter after graduation and open lines of communication,” media specialist Sarah Bauer explained. “I feel like it is never too early to think about the preparations one may need to make once they graduate.”

The Transition Fair was created as part of our Title I Parent Involvement Policy and is open to all Central Hardin students of all grade levels. Light refreshments will be served, door prizes will be awarded, and students should walk away from the event with knowledge of community groups that provide services they may need, whether they are college-bound, career-bound, or in requirement of supported living.
