In Memory of Brad Mink
A Small Message For An Impactful Guy
February 22, 2022
Brad Mink was a Central Hardin High School sophomore, who unfortunately passed away on Sunday at Baptist Health Hardin. He was heavily involved in the CHHS FFA and also sang in the choir. He worked at Mink and Walters Pumpkin Patch, a family business.
He has been described as pure, selfless, and always willing to help others in his obituary.
His Bruin legacy will live on here at Central, and there’s no way we could ever forget such a caring soul.
The Central Times encourages you to write about Brad in the comment section below: anything from your favorite memory, to just a few kind words.Â
If anyone needs help mourning at this time, there are counselors in the library here for you. If you would like to send flowers or attend Brad’s visitation, funeral, and/or burial, a link is HERE for more information.

I had a few classes with Brad and he was always so kind and helpful to me. One time he told me that I was smarter than I thought I was and it really meant a lot to me. I’ll miss him so much.

I grew up with Brad, going to Lincoln Trail Elementary with him and going to his family’s pumpkin patch every year. He was the sweetest, happiest kid. Brad had the biggest heart and inspired me to be kind. He will be so incredibly missed.

I didn’t know Brad well, but he always had a cheerful personality in small engines class.

Brad was a great student! He always came into class with a smile or joke. Last year, I made a comment about volunteering to be egged to raise money for Project Grad because I would never get egged. Well, Brad took that as a challenge. He purposely donated money to make sure that I would have to be egged multiple times. His lesson to me–“Don’t say never!”
