Your student journalists for the 2021-2022 school year worked hard to publish content that mattered to their readers. Their work has been rewarded, among hundreds of entries from across the state, in the 2022 KYJTA (Kentucky Journalism Teachers Association) Best of Kentucky Awards, as well as Western Kentucky University’s Mark of Excellence Contest. In the KYJTA’s contest, students were rated Superior, Excellent, and Honorable Mention. In WKU’s contest, students received 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards.
