Kenzie Stambaugh, Writer

Hello! My name is McKenzie Stambaugh, but to my friends I go by Kenzie or Kam. I'm a senior this year, and this is my first year on the staff.  Although I spend most of my time working three jobs, my hobbies include skating, writing, scrapbooking, listening to music, going for walks, and traveling; which I plan to do after high school. As of right now I'm a preschool teacher just focusing on living life to the fullest. At the end of the year, I want to be able to say that I finally made the most out of high school and finally became who I strived to be. Writing has always been an outlet for me and I typically always have something brewing in my head. However, I want to focus on psychology and mental health.  Whether it be social connections, teen behavior, lack of motivation, self concept, growing up, advice sessions, burnout, or just feeling incredibly drained, it’s important that these “silent issues” don’t go unnoticed.
