Hello, I’m Lindy and this is my first year on Central Hardin’s newspaper staff. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to get to know my fellow classmates and write about the pressing issues at our school. I love writing, and this summer I attended GSA for creative writing. I’m involved in Beta Club, Cross Country, and Academic Team. I have a passion for learning, especially when it comes to classic literature, the arts, history, and math. Some of my favorite books are The Great Gatsby, Orlando, Brave New World, As You Like It, Lord of the Flies, Things Fall Apart, and The Adventures of Tom Sawyer. I know Central Hardin will accomplish much in the 2023-24 school year. My wish is that I’ll be able to capture a fraction of the tenacity, individuality, and value of every person here.
